1. Description of Service

HyperBeat Radio is a free internet radio station that streams AI-generated music 24/7. The Service includes our website, web-based audio player, pop-out player, and related pages.

2. Use of the Service

You agree to use HyperBeat Radio for lawful, personal, non-commercial purposes only. You may not:

• Rebroadcast, redistribute, or record the stream for commercial purposes
• Attempt to interfere with the stream, servers, or infrastructure
• Use automated tools to excessively access the Service or its APIs
• Misuse the song request or contact form features

3. AI-Generated Content

All music broadcast on HyperBeat Radio is generated by artificial intelligence. Tracks may be created using various AI music generation tools and platforms. HyperBeat Radio does not claim exclusive copyright over all AI-generated music and complies with the terms of service of any tools used to generate content.

4. Availability

We strive to keep HyperBeat Radio available 24/7, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Service may experience downtime for maintenance, technical issues, or other reasons. We are not liable for any interruptions.

5. Song Requests

Song requests are subject to a cooldown period (currently 10 minutes between requests). We reserve the right to moderate, decline, or remove requests at our discretion. Requests do not guarantee airplay.

6. Third-Party Services

HyperBeat Radio is hosted on and powered by MCVHost, our streaming infrastructure provider. We also use Formspree for contact form processing and Google Fonts for typography. Your use of these services is subject to their respective terms and privacy policies.

7. Intellectual Property

The HyperBeat Radio name, logo, and website design are the property of HyperBeat Radio. You may not use our branding without written permission.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be error-free, secure, or meet your expectations.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, HyperBeat Radio shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may revise these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
